    Who we are

    This website is run by Gulf Coast Automotive Tuning (GCAT), a private vehicle wrap studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Questions about this policy go to gulfcoastmotoring@outlook.com.

    Consultation requests

    When you send the consultation form, we receive the name, email, phone number, vehicle, service, preferred finish and project details you enter. The form is delivered to our inbox by Formspree, a form-handling service. We use this information only to reply, schedule your appointment and quote your project.

    Emails you send us

    If you email us directly, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your project.

    Analytics

    We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are and what device they use. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

    Hosting

    The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data like IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

    What we don't do

    We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services above that help run the site and deliver your messages.

    Keeping and deleting

    We keep inquiries and emails as long as we need them for your project and our records. To ask what we have or to have it deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
